WebYoda Certifications History
The WebYoda certifications were the first nationally recognized webmaster certifications available. In October 1997, WebYoda, in partnership with Florida State University, began developing the first national webmaster certification standard. The first WebYoda certification was awarded on March 09, 1998. To date, WebYoda has awarded over 7000 certifications.

CWP Certification Overview
WebYoda's Certified Webmaster Professionaltm (CWP)tm certification is the professional-level certification of WebYoda, Inc. It is for those seeking to have the skills of a well-rounded web professional. The CWP certification exam covers the Internet basics, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, web graphics, web multimedia, web optimization, website design, website management, web accessibility, search engine optimization, and other eBusiness and eMarketing skills. This exam is 64 questions, and students have 90 minutes to complete the exam, timed by our server. Candidates must score 70% or higher to pass this exam and be awarded the CWP certification.

Taking the Exam:
The CWP certification exam is a proctored exam which can be purchased via WOW Academy at any time then can be attempted online at a WOW Academy-authorized training center or by scheduling with a private proctor. Contact WOW Academy for details.

Exam Cost:
The cost of this exam is $50 for students taking WOW Academy courses and $100 for those students not needing to take WOW Academy courses.
